Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Skillrift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AXIVA SASU.
Service Description
Skillrift is a platform operated by AXIVA SASU that enables esport coaches to manage their coaching business, including client management, booking, content delivery, and VOD reviews.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to post inappropriate or illegal content, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Skillrift (including but not limited to the logo, design, and software) are owned by AXIVA SASU and are protected by French and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Skillrift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. AXIVA SASU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
